Singletary Lake, Millbury, MA Fishing Report
9/13/14 - MA B.A.S.S. Nation Club Vs Club Tournament @ Singletary
Representing the Avid Anglers, My buddy Paul & I were one of seven teams to fish this. Cloudy cooler day for the most part, and water temps had dropped 6-8 degrees since the prior Sunday. Most of our bites came from deeper water 15"-30" on Football heads with skirted twin tail grubs and swimbaits. It was a grind of a day even though we caught a lot of fish. Lots of big Calico's, Lots of Bass 3/4lbs or smaller. 1st place had 10.66lbs, 2nd place was 9+lbs, And we had 3rd with 8.10lbs including tourney lunker. Our Limit was Paul's 1lb Largemouth, 3/4lb Smallmouth, My 1-1/4lb & 3/4lb Smallies, and my lunker Largemouth @ 4.34lbs.
