Lake Boon - Hudson, MA Fishing Report
8/14/14 - Lake Boone
One of the rare times I get out of work early during year. Met up with Chuck for some afternoon bassin'. Headed out of Boone to make easy on us. On the water at about 2:30, and off by about 7:30. Nice day overall, with some wind in the mix early on. Chuck gets a 2lber on a frog quickly. A short time later I get a couple 2lbers, and a Pickerel on a spinner bait. Then the bite slows. I find a 1-1/2ber, and a 1-1/4lber later on but nothing better. Probably 12 Bass for each of us with the best 5 at about 9lbs. A couple Pickerel, Perch, And Sunnies in the mix as well. Pave It!
