6/19/08 - Dudley Pond - Wayland, MA
Try a different spot on this pond tonight. Look like a car top boat launch. Not as shallow as yesterday's spot but alot of vegatation and muck. Not alot of room for more than one person to fish from shore. Off to the right there was a tree laydown that could be worked with a good cast. Started fishing around 7pm, alot of action on the slug-go. Ended the night with 5 bass of which 3 were 1 1/4lbs and better...and one pickerel of course and miss probably another 5 bites too. Next week Im gonna look for more spots to shore fish.
